Efricura Medical Apparel: Shipping, Returns, and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

  • General Returns:
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your non-embroidered item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  • Non-refundable Items:
    Items that have been embroidered or customized cannot be refunded.

Free UK Returns

  • Returns and exchanges within the UK are free. Simply contact our customer service to initiate the return process, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

Free UK Exchange

  • We offer free exchanges within the UK except for embroidered items. If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate your exchange preference.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

Domestic and UK Shipping
Efricura offers standard shipping fees on all orders within the UK. You will receive a confirmation email with your delivery and tracking code once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping:
For orders outside the UK, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times and tracking information will be provided via email.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 business days.

  • International Delivery: 7-14 business days.

Embroidered Clothing:

  • Please add an extra 3 - 5 days to complete your embroidery order before shipping, you will be updated throughout about your order.
